Total Alarms for January 2011  291,  for February 2011  246.    (NB  February has three fewer days)


On All Hands boxes for February,  Manhattan had 26  fewer, Brooklyn had 9 fewer, Queens 22 fewer.  Da Bronx was + 5 and SI +3
