Ansonia,CT Fire In Ansonia Damages Nightclub 3/11/13

Address: 366 Main Street between Tremont and Bridge Street
Initial alarm was E3, E6, T7, Sq9.
E4 & E1 requested approx 04:00.
Derby E-13 and Derby Truck 15 requested and responded
Requesting 3rd ladder, all Ansonia manpower and manpower from Seymour, and Derby. This would be a third alarm.
Upon arrival crews found Heavy smoke throughout the occupancy. Interior crews had a hard time locating the source and were reporting heat and smoke in the basement, but no fire. A hole was cut in the floor above the fire and placed a basement nozzle to work. Tricky and and certainly a tough fire, but overall a great job by the guys.
