Bail out system bags?

Recently had the opportunity to visit a couple of FDNY houses while on vacation.  I noticed the bags that they carry their bail out systems (rope, hook, caribeener)  in.  Anyone have an idea where I can get a similar bag?  I have a bag from the fire store, but it is not heavy duty like the bags at FDNY.  Ideas?

Although that looks similar, I don't think it's the one I am looking for.  I think the FDNY bag hangs down from the belt a bit so that it is not directly under the FF's coat/ airpack and is  bit more accessible.
