Battalion Chief Question

Crazy question for everyone.. years ago there was a Batallion Chief that Zi only heard a few times on the radio.. he always said “have such unit forward thecparticulars to batallion headquarters K”.. he is the only chief I have ever heard say batallion headquarters.. who is that chief?
