Our site has a box location site. You need the box number, it does not work backwards, i.e. Christmas street and Nre Years Ave.

The book I have is New York City Alarm Box list. Mine is old (1972) and was published by the 6-6 Fire Buff Club. I don't imagine the numbers change numbers don't change so its still good.

There is another book: "New York City Fire Alarm and Reference Guide" originally published in 1996 by Eagle Enterprises. It covers all 5 boros, gives you the 1st and 2nd due engines & trucks plus Battalion chief. I find it to be a fairly good guide even though it is dated (1996) and has a few typos. It is 50 pages and large 8-1/2 x 11 spiral bound. ;)

There was also a book done in 1992 known as the New York City Fire Alarm Box Directory that list all the boxes.
