Description: Explosion and collapse of a 2-story P/D with entrapment.

1210hrs- CMD rpts at least (1) trapped, (3) severe burns with a req. for a fly out.

1430hrs- (1) fatality and more than a dozen injured.

Apparently a propane explosion.  Mutual aid from:
Brentwood, Commack, Hauppage, West Islip, Deer Park, Smithown Ambulance to the scene
Central Islip Engine to the Scene, Lakeland Engine to East Brentwood's main
Islip Heavy Rescue to the scene, Bay Shore Engine to standby at Brentwood, East Northport,
East Islip, Bay Shore, Centerreach, Nesconset
