Possible last of historic buildings in Coney Island being burned out probably by ?????? ????.
Fire darking down at 8:22PM (my observation). Surf Ave. closed at W. 8th.
Exterior operation, two tower ladders in use. Fire in eaves of an arcade building just south of historic building.
3019 W. 12th. as possible address of a one-story commercial.
Four lines in use, exterior attack, all members accounted for, Still Doubtful @ 8:32pm.
Batt. 43 to be commended for calling a -22 shortly after arrival, probably saving properties.
Still Doubtful @8:56pm. Units on roof searching for pockets of fire. More smoke than flames since 8:22pm.
New revised address of 3021 W. 12th. Special Call two additional tower ladders at 9:00pm.
Flames periodically reappearing 75 mins. into job, smoke continues drifting to north.

@10:09PM Div. 8 reports all visible fire knocked down, hoses shut down but Still Doubtful. Structural integrety of building being investigated.

@10:40PM FC reports all searches negative and this fire is Under Control with a dob of 2hrs. 37 mins.
