Can someone from the site that is familiar with Chicago FD answer a quick question for me...

Do the "Structural" meaning non-ARFF units that are station at the Airport fire houses respond off of airport property for runs or are they strictly for airport property structural firefighting?

I've seen them attached to boxes off the airport property.
