China plans to build a 220 story high rise.

The Chinese government plans to build a 220-story high rise in the SE city of Changsha. They plan to do this in 90 days, I guess you can figure no building inspections. Want to be the first-due engine reporting smoke showing on the 176th floor. Kiss your career good-bye!!

Just be sure to stay out of the collapse zone and you won't have any problems!  3000 feet would be about right.
