THANK YOU Mike (mikeindabronx) and of course FDNY Dep Chief Jonas for providing us with these newsletters.

A very tragic day for the FDNY that many won't forget. The firefighters who operated at this fire, were probably some of the most experienced firefighters in the entire country. 

Every DC Jonas Division 7 Newsletter I try to share with other firefighters, who today may face similar issues. But through this newsletter they may be just a little better prepared to deal with the same dangerous possibilities that may exist today.

Thanks again Mike for sharing the newsletter.
I was not aware of this incident, so didn't anticipate the tragic ending in spite of all the efforts made by the rescuers.
Reminds us of the unknown dangers the members face constantly.
