Was attending an annual training put on by several known to members of this group in Pensacola. Went across the street to a KwikSak market and collapsed. Other members were in the store and started CPR but were unable to revive.

I worked with him, first crew I was assigned to as a brand new firefighter. Always helpful and willing to teach the new guy. He was a good man, and will be missed.
