IPN reporting 7 of them

Stations 4, 7, 8 , 10 and 13. 13 was evacuated as a precaution. Station 16 did not have a treat called in, because ain't no one messing with Harlem.

Additionally so was Station 3, I'm not sure as to which was the second Bronx Station.
