I knew some MPO's who could make a pumper rotate like that ... but without the turntable!!!

Interesting porta potty on the right.Almost reminds me of the old European railway fright cars but with tires and the rotating engine is also unusual.

Is it a kids ride or is it for real ? .......If it is real ......what locks the turntable in the up position to prevent accidental deployment when its moving forward or backward ?  Is it an expensive option?

I could't find more of this.
I guess it from Switserland, regarding the license plate. I searched on Vogt, which logo is on the rig and found that it should be the manufacturer.
