It's 202 because 312 is a 2003 Seagrave according to the album i posted & you can see 101 Truck in the back

The number on the officers door sure looks like 202....if the writing on the top of the windshield could be read that would provide a definite answer.....it was probably 202 taken in the "Hook" during the storm.............Willy D do you recognize the location of the first 312 shot ? it is across the street from the sandwich shop on 23 Ave.
