FDNY Helmet Fronts - Where to get the same ones?

Looking for some assistance on FDNY helmet fronts.  For the Ben 2 helmet, can anyone advise where someone can purchase a custom made front from the same folks who make the ones for the FDNY?  I'm familiar with the Paul Conway, LeatherFronts.com, and The Fire Store but for some reason I get the impression they aren't the same ones used by FDNY...but they're close.  Or are the provide through the job? Any assistance is appreciated!  Thanks

Cairns used to supply FDNY with the fronts, now it's Morning Pride. The FDNY spec'd Cairns all leather fronts with heat pressed badge numbers were better quality than th MP ones! (my job still uses the NY spec Cairns) FDNY's are provided by MP thru the  Quartermaster.

The Fronts supplied by the quartermaster today are the worst pieces of crap that i have ever seen......take a good look at some of Paul Conways work.

remember almost everything we are issued from rigs to gear is from the LOWEST BIDDER.  I can guarantee you can find better frontpeices anywhere than ours
