Foam Unit Question

I believe it was E321 that lost their Foam rig in Sandy......are there "reserve/spare" rigs that run in its place?  Or would they just s/c another foam rig to respond in its place?

Eng.321 did in fact loose the Foam Rig during 'Sandy'. Usual SOP so far, has been to s/c another available Foam Unit.
As to reserves/spare Foam Units Only God & Sal Casanno truly know what SOC has stored around N.Y.C.
