Fire on north side injured man, left several displaced and kills three pets
The fire broke out around 7:56 p.m. at 9301 Racquetball Way, IFD posted on Facebook. It took IFD 25 minutes to get the fire under control.

One person was hospitalized and one firefighter was treated on scene after an apartment building fire on the north side of Indianapolis Friday. Reports from the caller were that someone was arguing with building staff and may have set self on fire. Crews arrived to find heavy fire showing from roof and the injured person on the ground having jumped from balcony with burns.
