A structure fire occurred on Elom Road off U. S. 460 near Pamplin, Va. around 10 AM this morning. Called in by several neighbors, the structure was heavily involved. Responding companies were Pamplin FD, Prospect FD, Darlington Heights FD and Farmville FD on this hot day. Red Cross will relocate residents.
