At approximately 20:48 hours (8:48PM) Car 21 (Deputy Chief Murphy) , Engine Co 5, Ladder Co 5 and Rescue Co 1 responded to 36 Fulton St for a reported dog into the Spicket River. Upon arrival Companies discovered 1 male subject and a dog 60-80 ft down a steep embankment. A rope rescue was initiated and we are happy to report all parties were recovered safely. EMS evaluations were conducted by LGH BLS units. No injuries were sustained. All hands were used in this operation. (from local 146 IAFF facebook site)
