Per USFRA on July 31st engine 19 was returning to qtrs from a structure fire when a vehicle pulled out infront of them. The operator tried to avoid the car but the rig overturned. FF Melissa Galavan 22 was transported and pronounced at a local hospital. Both her father and husband were ffs.
