Description: NYC Corrections bus with (16) inmates rolled over
1040hrs- PD units on scene confirming occupied NYC Corrections bus on it's side. Officers cannot access occupants due to security (locks, cage, etc.) of the bus. FD enroute.
1046hrs- Monsey FD rpts (1) vicitm pinned in bus due to accident. Other occupants need to be unsecured to be removed. Numerous PD units enroute. Northbound Thruway is closed. M/A Spring Hill FD to scene.
1050hrs- M/A PD units also responding in the southbound lanes for a perimeter.
1100hrs- Rockland County Sheriffs sending jail vans to the scene. NYC Corrections units enroute.
1135hrs- PD rpts all prisoners removed and being evaluated by EMS under great security. NYC Corrections with transport vehicles on scene.
