3-5 Inches is forecast for the NYC area for Friday. That's the same forecast that there was the day before the last blizzard . . . watch out for changes to the forecast. Anybody taking bets on how B'berg handles this one? Maybe by using the in-place snow emergency system???? BTW: a quote from msnbc.com, speaking of the blizzard fiasco: "Bloomberg has also directed Skip Funk, the citywide director of emergency communications, to examine why the communications and dispatching system failed." Think maybe "UTC" :
