The lettering on that truck is interesting, "New York City Hazmat Team".  I guess MTA thinks they are the city?  I never have figured out emergency response in New York City, the police department has heavy rescues, the transit authority has Hazmat units, etc.  No wonder they have territorial battles since it seems like everybody tries to do everything!  The next thing you know the fire department will be running buses, oh wait they already do.  ;D

that went in service about 2 years ago,i think it is stored in a trainyard in queens.
