Newport News VA Working Fire 4/13/24

The NNFD operated at 70287 Abraham Court. On arrival crews were met with heavy fire from the main structure that spread to a neighboring house. A third house received heat damage. A total of two homes are being comdemned. There is no report of any occupants being injured from the fires. One firefighter was evaluated on scene, but did not require any further treatment. Fire marshals are on-scene to investigate, a cause of the fire has not yet been determined. (NNFD)

Crews stretching multiple 2½ for for fire attack and exposure protection
TWR7 setting up their master stream

R1 taking a line into the exposure and starting a search

L3 and M2 added for the working fire

Gas fed fire on the Charlie side

IC requesting all exterior lines be shut down or redirected to the exposure

Fire in the Bravo exposure has been K/D

E7 requesting they hold off on letting TWR7 flow so they can make a push interior

IC advising the roof on the Alpha side has completely collapsed

M3, MAR04 added

All crews exiting the structure so TWR7 can start flowing

Crews still have fire throughout the structure. Remaining in the offensive mode
