Normal 2nd Alarm Rundown for the Lower East Side

On any 10-76 in Lower Manhattan, Boxes 9031 and 9032 are also transmitted for Brooklyn companies to stage, usually the ones near the tunnel or bridges.  These then can be sent in on a 2nd alarm, additional alarms, relocation, etc.  If the Box is near a bridge or tunnel then chances are depending on who's available, Brooklyn companies will also come in normally on the 2nd or 3rd Alarms.

But the area in which 9031 and 9032 are transmitted is not considered the LES. It's considered the Financial District. I'm going to take a stab at this and say 101 was either already relocated into Manhattan acting as another truck company, or they came in on 9032.
