NYCFire.net 2023 Message
NycFire.net wishes that 2023 is a joyous, healthy and safe New Year for all our members and site visitors. Thank you for helping to make our site a leading fire service-related venue for enjoyment, up-to-date information, sharing of experiences and friendship.
We appreciate your visits to our site, your contributions, and your support which made 2022 a very successful year. Our site members posted thousands of new threads and replies, gained over 500 new members, and was visited over 100,000 times by firefighters, retirees, EMTs, medics, law enforcement members, buffs, veterans family members and friends of the fire service.
In 2023, we will continue to make our site easier to use, more robust with topics of interest to our members, and more inclusive of fire incidents and fire departments beyond NYC. We welcome your suggestions, comments and ideas.
NYCFire.net hosts monthly Zoom meetings for interested members. Subject matter experts host presentations and engage in discussion sessions on fire service topics of interest. We welcome our members to participate. We also welcome members to sit around our virtual “Firehouse Kitchen Table” after our meetings. There are no strangers around our table, only friends we haven’t met yet.
