Really sorry to hear of Richie's passing.  I knew him back in the 60s when we were both auxiliaries in neighboring companies; he rode with Ladder 157.  In those days, they had an American Lafrance tiller truck and I can still picture Richie hanging on to the side.  Worked many fires with him.  Good man.  RIP.
