Can someone either on the job or very familiar with FDNY cab interiors please PM me? Looking for information on the IMMI seatbelt configuration.

thanks

I don't understand what you mean by configurations?  It's a seatbelt......it just sticks out further than the old one.

FDNY uses the ready reach system in our apparatus, the new KME pumpers also have visual indicators to show who is using belt and an audible alarm when the belt is not being used. Basically it makes seat belt use mandatory which is a good thing with the open crew cab, members could become projectiles in a serious crash without belts. Another feature in these rigs is the seat also has a sensor similar to passenger seat in car that only alarms when someone sits in seat and does not buckle up.

I've been told the rear facing seats do not have them, I'm trying to find out what the rear facing seats have instead. Specing out a new rig.

Like tbendick said, all seats have them, minus the ECC.  Older rigs have been retrofitted.
