Does anybody know what the GPM was on the Super Pumper, and how much water the tender carried?

  The Tender was a giant hosewagon and carried no water

The Super Pumper could operate in either a volume mode or in a pressure mode.  In volume, it was rated at 8800GPM/350 PSI.  In pressure, it pumped at 4400 GPM/700 PSI.

8000GPM at 350 PSI. Tender carried hose, not water. :'(

Don't forget that the SPS had three satellites  one in Manhattan (1), one in da Bronx (2), and one in Brooklyn (3), originally all Mack C models.
