and for some reason no one is looting work boots

Had the exact thing one night on the LIE near Junction Blvd....a guy was driving on the LIE with a complete pole tied to his roof (i assume taking it somewhere for scrap $$) & it fell off the car blocking 2 lanes...someone called it in as a "pole down on the highway) .....when we arrived the guy was struggling to get it back on his roof.
