NTSB releases probable cause of Tempe Town Lake train derailment and bridge collapse
The incident, which happened on July 29, 2020, caused a bridge that runs over Tempe Town Lake to collapse. Almost two years following the incident, federal investigators have released new findings from an investigation into the incident.
