I am sure everybody is aware of the close call landing attempts by SWA 147 at LaGuardia on March 23rd. It seems the plane was down to 100 feet AGL between Astoria Blvd. and 23rd Ave. (they could have rented a car) and 1300 feet east (1/4 mile!) of the runway centerline.

Now, bad flying performance exists. This seems a little much. A thorough search for other reasons beyond coincidence seems to be in order. I can think of 5-10 issues (e.g. the observation of the plane's track on Taxiway Bravo) that need to be considered.

I would hope that the FBI, CIA, NSA, FAA, and the DOD have analysts fitting these items into Bayes' Theorem and seeing what they might discover.
