A couple of vintage photos.

Ladder 12 - Manhattan
243 W. 20th
This house was originally built for a volunteer company.  Ladder 12 was organized at this location on December 1, 1865.  Battalion 7 was also quartered here.

Engine 10 & Ladder 15 - Manhattan
73 Water Street
Opened July 5, 1931.

Current firehouse pictures:  There is a gentleman in Staten Island who sells 4 x 6 color photos of all current firehouses. If anyone wants the contact info, please let me know.

There was a survey somewhere on here in which people were voting for their favorite firehouse. I am looking for the pics of firehouses and can't find them. Any ideas?

The survey that I did ran from 12/20/2009 though 1/5/2010.  All of the pictures are contained in this file:
