Today the crew conducted training with 106th Rescue Wing air crews and members of Jones Beach Lifeguard Corps to practice a possible interagency response in advance of this weekend’s #airshow. We practiced a trail line delivery of a pararescue specialist who then assisted us in guiding down his partner with a stokes litter to simulate a medical evacuation. Also on scene to assist and observe were members of Wantagh Fire Department's Marine Division and Nassau County Police Department’s Marine Bureau. Outstanding and fun training! Hope to repeat it soon!
