That's what I thought.

Do all engines near subways have Nolan carts?

Do certain engines always carry the cart on the back?
 
The Nolan ATS-1 Rail Cart is kept in quarters and loaded when needed.  The carts are assigned to 22 engines (none in Staten Island), as well as the squads, high-rise units, rebreather units, and the SOC Logistic Unit.
