0925hrs- Sq-11 rpts 15-lbs tank leaking at the water station. DPW workers have been exposed, req. EMS to the scene.
0935hrs- B-2 rpts (4) DPW workers exposed, being treated by EMS. Rescue 1 will be making entry.
0951hrs- Car 2 rpts leak has been capped.
1200hrs- Tank is reported to have been empty. Roosevelt High School had been placed on lockdown as a precaution.
