If it's only going to have one company why is it being built with 3 bays? I'm guessing they will have a diesel engine company for backup?

Good question. This is supposed to be an all electric firehouse. Additional bays may be intended for electric EMS or electric special unit

45. Station 30 built in 1991 -no mention of replacing it. Charlotte FD is still growing - Sta 44 and 45 are next up.
