It’s no accident that the new quarters is smack dab in the middle of (historically and presently) the two busiest single engines in Brooklyn, if not the entire city—227 & 283. Not to mention they are now even closer to major roads going both north-south and east-west (Kings highway & eastern pkwy). That location was well thought out and very strategically chosen. Ruvolo certainly did his homework.
