Car-12 (Chief of Safety Command) DAC was the CWTC . He had earlier attened a third Alarm in Manhattan. I assume, the fourth alarm here was for relief companies and not for fire fighting.. I stand to be corrected.

Fair enough - do you know what the list of CWTCs are now then?
4A-E 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,13A,13B,15,15A,B whatever is filled in them spots. C12A,B or C usually respond on 3rd alarm on rotation.

4th Alarm requires C4 or AC to Respond. C12 usually responds on the 4th aswell

5th Alarm requires C3 or C4 to Respond

CWTC can also be a safety officer

Yes i know not FDNY but in New Haven Car-36 is the Training Officer but also is safety office on scene.
Car-31 is COD can also be safety officer on scene

Same thing here about 75 miles away in Norwich, Ct

Car 10 holds the rank of Asst Chief, and he is both the Training Officer and Safety Officer

Car 1, the Chief of Department can also take command.

I think several cities throughout Ct operate like that.
