US 1 was a typo I beleive,,,I reviewed the job on openhmz and it was IS 1,,,the incident safely B.C.,,,,,ES 1, 3 are EMS supervisors .

You are indeed correct Lt., the US was a typo.

IS-1 is a Deputy Chief, is the Incident Safety Officer (one citywide per platoon) and rides out of Engine 50. ES-1 is an EMS Deputy Chief (one citywide per platoon) and rides out of Engine 43. ES-3 is an EMS Battalion Chief (one citywide per platoon) and rides out of Engine 38.
