The entire 33 Battalion were the first units on the scene.
 
Probably one of the few that takes all 33 units first due, watch dawgs run into 246/169 on their boxes, highway has a bunch of companies out of the 33 on their first due boxes and 309/159 usually have 41 or 58 units assigned on their first due boxes
