I went on the Manhattan freq. around the time of the call thinking the same thing but didn't hear any activity. May have just missed it

Those type of calls are usually handled by NYPD ESU.

It was, though I would expect some sort of FD presence, even if it was just say the Rescue Battalion. Probably an engine for CFR and maybe a small rescue complement on stand by incase anything goes backwards

The body cam footage is almost hilarious, "You can't be up here," like hes telling a cat they can't be on the counter.
