Happened off the marina at East 23d St and the FDR Drive.

A seaplane carrying at least eight people made a hard landing in New York City's East River on Sunday, officials said.

So many extra PD Harbor & FDNY Marine units out there for Sail250. Think PD harbor was on scene almost immediately.

Found the audio, apparently fire had a boat there almost immediately

Might of been tied up

Also possible that E44 was on the box as an engine. Obviously not at East 23rd St but these things often get called in with various addresses
