Again, another blocked hydrant delays operations. The city needs to do more enforcement when a blocked hydrant is observed. Vehicles should be towed. Word will get out on the street that if you block a hydrant, you could get towed. The morons will not like that.

I am surprised the chauffer did not take out the back windows of the car that was blocking the hydrant, and run the line through the car. It certainly would have been justified in this situation based on the kink of the line coming off the hydrant.
