To my understanding, Scott did not want to change anything on their design, yea they brought the wireframe rack back, but seems like FDNY wanted more changes, and they did not want to bend. So it is going to be MSA or Draeger... -

New Rescues ?
The box is going to be pretty much the same. It will just have a Seagrave 2 door cab. New Haven CT's R1 is a close match. It has different doors on the first comp back on the box, and some lightning placement differences also. But its the closest thing. -

Ladder 4 2001 Seagrave RMA
They had a 2000 ? They just got their 2001 then it was destroyed on Sept. 11. SL01002 was assigned to them which was destroyed, and was replaced with SL01001 which was originally assigned to BOT. -

Horsepower is a moot point in diesel motors. Torque is what moves the rig. -

Two departments plan to leave North Bergen Regional Fire
North Hudson F&R actually contracts out there fleet maintenance to North Bergen DPW. Wonder what they will come up with now. None of these other towns can come close to North Bergen's facility. They list a exit clause to be executed. Wonder what it is.- VzGuy
