@2022 - D7: Reason for 2nd alarm is extension to floor above

@2024 - D7: 2L/S/OP Trucks Opening Up, (1) 10-45 Code 4, Fire is still Doubtful

@2025 - Incident Duration 20 Minutes, Staging Area: 198 & Grand Concourse

@2026 - D7: All Visible Fire on 2nd Floor has been extinguished, Primaries In Fire Apartment are Complete and Negative, Fire is still doubtful

@2032 - D7: All Visible Fire has been knocked in the fire apartment, still hitting pockets of fire & opening up, fire still doubtful

@2038 - D7: Secondaries in fire apartment complete & negative. Secondaries on floor above in progress. All fire has been extinguished & trucks are opening up.

@2043 - D7: Trucks are done opening up, no extension. PWH.

@2045 - D7: Secondaries on floor above negative throughout.

@2046 - Duration 41 minutes

@2047 - D7: Have PD Respond for crowd control.
