So E-Bike stored under the wooden stairs. Acted like a chimney through the bulkhead. If true again the city is failing at mitigating these things.

Yeah they tried looking for the batteries didn’t find any. They had the feeling it was caused by the ebike since the heavy volume of fire on arrival
