Thanks Skyler. So it's a rebuild and not a teardown? That house was totally refurbished just a few years ago. The building is almost 125 years old. Historic to the neighborhood.

Still looking to get temporary quarters for them, Lehman College shot down plans, a possible location is a Verizon location but power issues need to be addressed.

If I remember correctly, Verizon had a yard on the west side of Jerome Ave near 198-199 streets. It has been a lot of years since I have been in that area so things may have changed.

2885 Jerome Ave stretches from Bedford Park Blvd to just south of Minerva Pl
