Another hit for that building. That's apartment 10W - 1st floor (don't get me started on the floor designations). W is for West, AKA the A wing, AKA, 183. I have thoughts on the CIDS for this address.
Upset to hear of the 45 - I hope it wasn't the disabled lady in the apartment next door in 11W.
I know every square inch of this building. Grew up there, and my dad was super for 32 years. Those old folks are still there.

Fire was in the bedroom of apartment 10W. The two windows on the right are the bedroom, the two left of that are the living room. Windows also taken in bedroom of 20W. Due to the configuration of this building, 10W is a 1 bedroom, 20W is a 2 bedroom. This is because the kitchen in 20 is over the public entry vestibule from the courtyard. 20's living room is over the kitchen in 10.
New doors on 10W and 11W. Very clear from not even minor soot stains in the public hall that the apartment door was properly closed.
