    I'm new so can someone explain if this fire is under control in 38 minutes but it takes Engine 64 at least 20 minutes to get from Castle Hill to Engine 42s quarters isn't that a long way to go only to turn around and head back.

    Yes L40 covers West Harlem but L28 covers Central Harlem which also has tight street. Both L28 and L26 switched from tillers in the 70's
